This accredited Beginner Lash Extension Course is made for those who have no previous experience and want to become a lash artist.

This course will be the first step to your new career in the lash industry as a successful and confidet lash artist!

All courses are held by Jamie who has over 12 years specialising in lash extensions.

Min. age: For insurance purposes the minimum age is 16. No previous experience is required.

ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED ONTO THE COURSE, APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL/TEXT WITH ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED FOR THE TRAINING DAY.  

COURSE OUTLINE

The course is a 1 day, intensive practical and theory based training day for beginners with no previous experience who want to become a lash artist.

This is also a great opportunity for any already quaified lash artists who want a refresh or feel they didn't get what they wanted out of a previoustraining course.

You will learn how to create stunning, classic lash sets using the products that we use daily in the salon on all our clients, as well as advice and tips on starting a business, advertising and content creation to gain clients.

DAY ONE:  You will learn all the basics of lash extensions and perfect application to create stunning sets. By the end of the day, you will know the difference between various lash curls, lengths and thicknesses and the results they can create. You will practice picking up lash extensions, isolating the natural lashes and applying them to a mannequin. You will start to learn about lash mapping and what lashes to use on different eye shapes to compliment your client. You will learn all about lash maintenance (infills) and aftercare for clients. You will practice how to safely and quickly remove lash extensions.

Live Model! You will now practice all your new knowledge on a person. This will include the perfect set up, tape and pad application for easier lashing and applying a full set. I will show you tips & tricks I use daily to make lashing easier and to help create my sets. Once you have completed your lash sets, you will learn how to take the best photos to showcase your work for potential and new clients. You will also learn social media strategies, branding and how to gain clients and become fully booked! We will run through how to price your services.

* you need to arrange your own model for the day. Models will need to arrive for 1pm promptly. In order for you to get the most out of your training day, please choose an appropiate model. They must have no lash extensions currently applied and not have had a lash lift in the 6-8 weeks. They must arrive with no eyemake-up on, have a good eye shape (no deep set or hooded eyes) and good natural lashes. We recommend your model has youthful skin as this will make it easier for you on the day to apply lash extensions.
