Refund policy

All training courses and ebook sales are final. 

TRAINING COURSES - whether paying in full or deposit option, your payment is non refundable. You may move the date, one time only, and carry payment over. If paying with deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prio to training date. Failure to do so will result in your training being cancelled and deposit lost.

 

SALON FURNITURE/EQUIPMENT - Due to size and hygiene reasons, lash mattresses are non-returnable unless goods are damaged upon arrival. In the event of damage, an email with supporting photos must be sent within 24 hours of delivery. If we agree to a return, the customer will need to cover return postage costs or we can arrange for collection and return postage will be deducted from any refund.
