Services provided by Flawless Me; to include fitting, maintenance & removal services of hair extensions & application of lash extensions

  • Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice

  • Cancellation and rescheduling of ALL appointments requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow appointments to be made available to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling inside of this time will incur a charge;

  • Charges for cancellations/late rescheduling;

-new lash extension appointments will lose their £10 deposit if cancelled AT ANY TIME.

-appointmets that are rescheduled outisde of the 48 hour notice period will have the £10 deposit carried forward to the new -appointment time, appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will lose their deposit and be required to make a new deposit before a new appointment can be made.

-new hair extension fitting appointments that are cancelled at any time after the deposit has been paid will lose their deposit in full.

-new hair extension fitting appointments that are rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice will have their deposit carried forward to their new appointment.

-new hair extension fitting appointments that are rescheduled outside of the minimum required notice period will be charged a late notice fee of £50 which will be payable to Flawless Me before a new appointment can be made. The deposit will be carried forward to the new appointment.

  • Deposits for hair extensions are non refundable and required to secure a fitting date after the consultation.

  • Deposits for hair extensions are charged at 50% of the appointment cost.

  • Deposits for new lash extension bookings are non refundable (please see charges section above for more information).

  • Deposits for new lash extension bookings are charged at £10 which is payable to secure an appointment. Deposits not received within 48 hours will result in the appointment space being made available to other clients.

  • Flawless Me are not responsible for any damage caused to your natural hair due to any negligence by the client; this includes not using correct aftercare products, not following the correct aftercare advise.

  • Flawless Me are not responsible for any damage to the customers hair extensions including the condition of the hair extensions after the fitting. Any issues with the condition of the hair extensions MUST be reported to Flawless Me within 4 weeks of the fitting date so that the supplier of our hair extensions can be advised accordingly and Flawless Me can try to rectify the issue. Any problems occurring or being reported outside of the 4 week time period, will not fall under the responsibility of Flawless Me or the hair supplier and the client will be liable to cover any costs incurred, to include any removal, refitting or supply of new hair extensions.

  • Any issues/problems with services carried out by Flawless Me ( to not include products supplied or fitted) MUST be reported within 1 week of fitting.

  • Flawless Me must be given suitable and reasonable amount of time to resolve any issues.

  • Refunds will not be given under any circumstances, however a partial refund may be issued IF Flawless Me is unable to resolve any issues i.e refitting, maintenance checks/infills. If you do not wish to proceed with resolving the issues first hand, a partial refund will not be provided as Flawless Me have been unable to resolve the issue by not being allowed to resolve the issue/problem in full.

  • Flawless Me supply only genuine 100% human hair

  • Flawless Me DO NOT use real mink eyelash extensions - we only use synthetic lashes

  • You can return any products for a full refund (minus any postage costs) as long as the products are unopened, unused and in original packaging.

  • The customer is liable for any return postage costs.

  • The customer agrees to adhere to all aftercare advise given to get the most out of their hair/lash extensions.

  • The customer agrees to only use the recommended aftercare products as advised by Flawless Me.

  • Flawless Me agrees to provide the customer with all aftercare advice and purchase of aftercare products.
